The Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has announced the licensing of 15 new private nurseries, adding 1,250 new seats across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra. This expansion enhances access to high-quality early childhood education, providing families with more choices to support their children’s development.
Choosing the right nursery is a crucial decision for parents, and ADEK remains committed to ensuring transparency and affordability in nursery fees. These fees are determined based on multiple factors, including operational costs, staffing requirements to maintain optimal child-to-teacher ratios, investments in educational resources, and stringent safety measures. ADEK’s rigorous assessment process ensures that fees align with market standards while sustaining a high level of service quality.
Currently, 225 private nurseries operate across Abu Dhabi, offering 27,791 seats to nurture children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth—key foundations for future academic success. The new nurseries further bolster this mission, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching learning environment for young learners.
