Held in partnership with Dubai Sports Council, the highly anticipated Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge returns for its 15th edition on 22nd and 23rd February 2025, transforming Expo City Dubai – Al Forsan Park into a vibrant hub of cycling fun for all ages
The 15th edition will see the return of the popular Junior Rides, designed to encourage kids from ages 2 to 12 to celebrate fitness and the joy of cycling in a non-competitive, inclusive setting.
The Junior Rides offer children the chance to experience the excitement of cycling with distances ranging from 900m to 9KM, catering to all abilities. Whether toddlers navigating the course with their parents running alongside as “pilots,” or older kids taking on a longer ride, these untimed rides encourage kids to discover the joy of being active outdoors. Participants will receive a medal, a certificate, and free food and beverages in the race village. Prices range from AED 45-65.
The Junior Rides are a joyful, confidence-building experience that helps kids grow both physically and mentally. The event creates the perfect environment for children to explore the thrill of movement in a safe, supportive setting. It’s not just about the ride—it’s about making new friends, building memories, and discovering a lifelong love for the outdoors.
Categories For Junior Rides: (approximate lengths)
- Tiny Tots – Ages 2 to 3, 900m course
- Kids – Ages 4 to 5, 1800m course
- Junior Short Ride – Ages 6 to 11, 4.5km course
- Junior Long Ride – Ages 9 to 12, 9km course
