The Panworld Education Leadership Summit 2024 took place in November at the prestigious Al Bahar Hotel & Resort in Fujairah, a stunning location that perfectly complemented the event’s ambition. The summit brought together educational leaders, visionaries, and innovators from across the globe, offering a transformative gathering aimed at shaping the future of education.

I had the pleasure of participating in an amazing educational leadership conference the previous weekend, organised by Panworld Education.

It was a weekend filled with tremendous learning and networking. Everything was well organised, and there were some fascinating discussions and presentations that will stay with me forever.

Of particular interest was the keynote speaker, Mohammed Qahtani, who shared the “ten ways to make us unhappy.” His talk was highly engaging, thought-provoking, and witty. It was a weekend well spent with fellow leaders.

I attended the Panworld Education Leadership Summit 2024. The weekend began with a beautiful night gala – an opportunity to network over dinner.

On Saturday, we explored key topics including:

  • Innovative Leadership Practices – Preparing teachers and students to embrace technology and AI tools.
  • Data-Driven Leadership – Using MAP as a measure of progress, building teacher confidence, and making intentional use of data.
  • A unique and transformative workshop by Mr. Mohammad Qahtani, 10 Ways to Be Unhappy, which offered profound self-reflection.

Beyond the incredible keynote and panel discussions, it was also a weekend of connections – meeting new school leaders, sharing insights, and reconnecting with familiar faces. The summit concluded with a memorable awards ceremony, recognising the outstanding leadership of those in attendance.
