Inspiring the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs Through Lamba

BC Academy, pioneering British Curriculum International School dedicated to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, is thrilled to announce an exceptional collaboration with Nagi Salloum, a globally recognised tech entrepreneur and startup expert from Silicon Valley, who recently moved to Dubai, to launch Lamba, a powerhouse for entrepreneurship and innovation programmes that equip both kids and adults with the modern skills to build, grow, and lead successful businesses.

Starting in February 2025, this partnership will launch Dubai’s one-of-its-kind Entrepreneurship Club in BC Academy, providing students with hands-on exposure to real-world business and innovation, invaluable mentorship, workshops, and startup challenges designed to cultivate their creativity, problem-solving skills, along with modern business acumen from an early age.

“AI is disrupting education and business faster than ever, making traditional skills obsolete,” said Nagi Salloum. “The greatest risk for parents today is failing to future-proof their kids. Smart parents already see this, they’re not waiting for traditional education to catch up. They’re taking action now to prepare their children for a future that’s already here. That’s why we created Lamba, to give kids what they can’t get in classrooms. We’re bringing proven entrepreneurial methods straight from Silicon Valley, teaching them how to build modern businesses, be financially intelligent, solve real problems, and master AI tools that will define the leaders of tomorrow.”

BC Academy isn’t just teaching entrepreneurship, it’s founded and led by experienced entrepreneurs who have been in education for over 15 years. The school’s vision is deeply rooted in innovation, with an education model that nurtures leadership, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit from nursery through to secondary, one of the few schools in Dubai to offer this full-through education experience right from birth.

“We believe entrepreneurship isn’t just a subject, it’s a mindset,” said BC Academy Principal, Darren Jones. “Our students will have the chance to learn directly from world-class industry leaders like Nagi Salloum, making BC Academy the perfect launchpad for future change-makers.”

Beyond its entrepreneurial focus, BC Academy offers a truly unparalleled learning environment. The huge atrium serves as a dedicated space for art and culture, inviting artists and authors to showcase their work. The campus features an elite Judo training facility, open classroom designs, and expansive outdoor spaces, fostering a dynamic and inspiring learning atmosphere.

Parents will appreciate the school’s door-to-door bus service, breakfast club, and a comprehensive meal program including lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day. With later start times, extended care hours, and a robust extracurricular program, BC Academy offers unmatched flexibility for families.
