Dubai’s most famous brunch has introduced a premium set of experiences

It’s the place to be when you have guests in town who you need to impress, something to celebrate, or desire free-flowing champagne. A city institution, Bubbalicious opens for their al fresco season with some exciting new experiences to add to the wow factor.

Expect everything you know and love about Dubai’s favourite brunch but bigger and better than ever before. Free-flowing bubbles, decadent food and the party atmosphere is here to stay, but with a new luxe look and more on offer, brunchers will now be handed a map for easy navigation to save time when making those all-important choices that little bit easier.

Housed across three signature restaurants, Mina’s Kitchen, Sui Mui and BABA Steakhouse at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, the brunch runs from 1pm to 4pm every Saturday and each week plays host to hundreds of diners. Known for its bubbles, sprawling seafood, mountains of cheese, Indian and Asian feasts, delicious roasts, tempting desserts, live BBQ, entertainment for all the family and more, here’s what’s new at Bubbalicious

Introducing the all-new ‘Superlicious’ package

An indulgent new twist, the Superlicious package is served up in the adults-only section of BABA Steakhouse and includes a premium seafood platter which features oysters, prawns, tuna tartare, lobster and king crab with a selection of sauces. This is followed by a choice of: 1.4kg Black Angus Tomahawk steak or organic free-range chicken stuffed with foie gras. All of this is delivered straight to your table and guests opting for this package will also enjoy access to a Speakeasy Bar serving up eight different types of creative cocktails including a Clarified Basil Smash, a Clarified Mojito, Bulleit Bourbon NY Sour, Old Fashioned, a deconstructed bloody Mary, a Matcha Mojito and more. There will also be a Fortune Teller providing entertainment and intrigue, premium house wine, Laurent Perrier Cuvee and free-flowing Taittinger Prestige Rose champagne with caviar pairings to really enhance that decadent feel.

It’s a match

When you’re wandering around a brunch, there’s nothing better than the nibbles you pick up along the way. With a new set of pairings at each beverage station, you can now tuck into tacos with your Corona, a Stoli Bloody Mary with your seafood, pintxos at the Spanish wine station and other delicious combinations to tempt your tastebuds.

Luxe liquor

Speaking of beverages, pretty much every beverage brand you can think of is now there for you to enjoy at Bubbalicious, whether you’re in the mood for a craft ale, a whiskey, Laurent Perrier champagne or a spicy frozen margarita, you’ll find it waiting for you at one of the many drinks stations. Build your own G&T at the Tanqueray bar, sip on a 1800 Tequila or relax in a deck chair with a glass of Chateau de Berne Rose wine. Interactive beverage experiences are now a major part of the Bubbalicious set up and you’ll be hard pressed not to find something new to try.

Drinks to suit your mood

Speaking of liquor, to make the drinks selection at this sprawling brunch easier to navigate, beverages are now grouped together according to certain themes. The Farmer’s Market, has got all the vibes of a European summer’s day with Somersby Cider, Pimms, Guinness, Tanqueray and tonic, and more, while the Brewery offers a selection of draught beers, lagers and ales. The French Riviera is a wine lover’s dream; while Brittany Raw features traditional cocktails such as Bloody Marys and Moscow Mules plus a low-proof Chardonnay. Over at the South America station, Tequila, Corona and frozen cocktails will get the party going, while at Captain’s Caribbean creative rum cocktails are the order of the day.

At China Town guests can enjoy highballs, a Sake Apple & Basil smash and the famous Singapore Sling, before heading to the Italian Coast to sip of on Peroni, Prosecco and Pinot Grigio. La Terraza features white and red Rioja, Estrella beer and the popular Negroni (made with Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla). The Rose Your Way station offers all sorts of pink-themed drinks from a Magners Rose to a Cosmopolitan to Rose wine but if it’s something sweet you’re after, the Chew On This stand is there to tempt you in with a Cotton Candy Margarita or a Sugar Rush cocktail.

Laurent Perrier x BABA Steakhouse

If you’re a champagne lover, BABA Steakhouse is where it’s at every Saturday with free-flow Laurent Perrier La Cuvée pours in a relaxed adults-only vibe. Complimented by delicate aromas of fresh citrus fruits and white flowers, this pour is mainly Chardonnay and perfect when paired with white meats.
