Culinary gem VaKaVa, acclaimed for its Latin American flavors, returns by popular demand from Sep 14th through to December 2nd. Having earned Michelin Selected status in 2023, VaKaVa’s revival follows fervent appeals from devoted patrons. Led by Chef Eber, the team promises a tantalizing gastronomic journey, weaving Latin American tastes. This limited reopening is a response to the continuous requests of loyal guests and culinary enthusiasts who yearn for one last taste of VaKaVa’s excellence. As they prepare to unveil a groundbreaking 2024 venture, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers aims to redefine dining. Early table reservations are encouraged.

Chef Eber’s ever-changing delectable menu of Peruvian bites is refreshed every few weeks to ensure that there’s always something new and exciting to try elevated with a constant flow of premium hops, grapes and selected cocktails, plus a catchy soundtrack of eclectic beats, the pleasurable afternoon is concluded perfectly with a selection of handcrafted South American sweets.

The iconic Nahaam Saturday brunch has introduced an exclusive new menu that sees endless delicious delicacies delivered straight to the table in a relaxed, sharing-style format.
An opulent culinary celebration that is guaranteed to leave every guest feeling spoiled for choice; the incredibly varied menu offers a selection of exceptional starters, wholesome mains, and decadent desserts.
